Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

I used to only cook chicken breasts because I thought they were "healthier", until I discovered how much more flavorful and easy it was to cook chicken thighs! They come out juicier and tastier which makes it so much easier to add them into my dishes as a protein source. Tonight we shredded up the chicken to use for tacos, but we've also served them with rice and veggies!

Ingredients
2lb chicken thighs (bone in & skin on)
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
paprika
olive oil
Step by Step
Preheat your oven to 425, and line a cookie sheet with foil & spray it with some olive oil spray.
Pat dry the chicken thighs (this helps the skin get crispy)
Season both sides with the above spices, and lay them on the foil skin side up.
Bake for 25 minutes (skin will puff up a bit)
Serve however you please and thank me later for how juicy & flavorful they are!
