Crockpot Chili

Cooler temps = chili weather 🔥


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef

  • 2 green bell peppers, diced

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 1 15oz can dark red kidney beans

  • 1 15oz can seasoned black beans

  • 1 15oz can diced tomatoes

  • 1 46oz can 100% tomato juice

  • plain greek yogurt, shredded cheese, & scallions for topping

Step by Step

  1. Brown ground beef over medium heat

  2. To a crockpot, add browned beef, spices, diced pepper & onion, beans (do not drain), diced tomatoes, & tomato juice

  3. Cook on low 8 hours



serves 6, 42g protein per serving
