Protein Packed Buffalo Chicken Dip Wrap

If your first choice of appetizer at the party is typically that DELICIOUS chicken dip, then this sandwich is for you!


This buffalo chicken wrap is packed with 56g of protein; takes a few minutes to prepare; and is the perfect post workout meal! You can also prep ahead and bring it for lunch for those with busy work schedules!


What you'll need:


  • 1 burrito sized tortilla

  • 4oz chicken breast - shredded or chopped into small pieces

  • 1/4c fat free greek yogurt

  • 1oz shredded cheese

  • Buffalo sauce (to taste)

  • Preferred veggies





Step 1: Start off by shredding or dicing your chicken into small strips or cubes.

(NOTE: precooked chicken is a FABULOUS choice for those who have busy schedules or don't want to worry about cooking one every time you make this wrap)


Step 2: mixing together your chicken, greek yogurt, preferred shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce to taste in a bowl.


Step 3: Microwave in 30 second intervals until you've got that creamy buffalo chicken mix consistency.






Step 4: Add you buffalo chicken mixture, and whatever veggies you choose to the tortilla, and roll it up!

(I chose a broccoli slaw mixture for some crunch and some baby butter lettuce. Some other great options are tomatoes, onions, shredded carrot, or cucumber)


Step 5 (optional): If you have a grill pan, prefer a pan fried burrito, or even have a burrito press, throw it on some heat to your liking!


Step 6: Enjoy!!
